The Inclusive Practice, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Inclusive Learning Library at inclusivelearninglibrary.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
Your name, email address, and hashed password when you create an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google OAuth.
Email addresses submitted through the early access form are stored to notify you when access is available.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We retain transaction records including plan type, amount, and billing email.
Standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. Used for security and platform improvement.
2. How We Use Your Information

3. Data Sharing
Service Providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Cloudflare (bot protection). Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, subpoena, or court order.
Business Transfers: If The Inclusive Practice, LLC is acquired, your data may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you beforehand.
No Sale of Data: We never sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Educational Use and FERPA
The Inclusive Learning Library is designed for use by educators in K–12 settings. When the platform is used by a school district, the district is the responsible educational agency and The Inclusive Practice, LLC acts as a school official under FERPA.
We do not collect personally identifiable student information except as necessary to provide services directed by the district. Student data is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.
Districts may request deletion of all student-related data at any time by contacting eric@theinclusivepractice.com.
5. Data Security
TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest via Supabase, and Row Level Security ensuring users can only access their own data. We will notify affected users promptly in the event of a data breach.
This site is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to data processed through Turnstile.
6. Data Retention
We retain account data while your account is active. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Early access email addresses are retained until the feature launches or you request removal.

8. Children’s Privacy
The Inclusive Learning Library platform is operated by and for adult educators. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Student data entered by educators is governed by FERPA as described in Section 4.
9. Cookies
We use essential session cookies required for authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies. Disabling cookies will prevent login.
10. Changes
Material changes will be communicated by email before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
